Yukari ducked into the forge with four pieces of driftwood.
Her usual elegant attire had been traded in for a simpler kimono, and she had her hair tied back with a simple silk ribbon.
Steering well clear of the actual smithing tools, she headed over to a woodworking bench. And got to it.
She didn't really like the idea of wood chips littering her room, and it seemed wise to be in a place like the forge, where there was always a use for something combustible.
All right. Suitengu and Isora for the shrine. Osano-Wo for luck. And Konohama, for Hanatsuko.
She got off to a good start. At this stage, she was simply looking to get the rough shapes of the Fortunes right, nothing too fancy, and no detail carving just yet.
