[Miya Akari]

"You have trained in martial skills Doji-san? I greatly appreciate that. I'd definitely be happy to train with you as well if you wished, though my focus is on the blade. What of yourself?"

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"I am trained in warfans and how to wield it as a defense. I just like to keep myself alive." She nodded

[Miya Akari]

"It's a very common preference I've found," she replied with a smile. "And I honestly do commend you for taking it into your own hands. It is good to be able to rely on a yojimbo, but sometimes circumstances demand more and we need to be prepared."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"I don't have a Yojimbo. I should ask the Clan for one. " She gave it some thought.

[Miya Akari]

"Well, I am sure that Hiruka-sama will wish to assist those here to help her. Perhaps she may lend my sword to you if the need arises. Though on my free time I will gladly help where I am needed."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Un... I am honored." She nodded as she took a bite of the eel sushi. "Do not worry I doubt such service would be needed"

[Miya Akari]

"Well, against people certainly. But there have been reports of deer spotted. Since the don't seem to be overrunning the island, they likely have predators."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Un... I guess that is one way to keep the population in check. Any idea what kind of predators are there?"

[Miya Akari]

"That is unclear, but the guess made is that it's likely wolves," she says with a shrug. "Something to definitely keep an eye out for, but they likely won't bother with us if they are around. They would be used to hunting deer and probably wouldn't want to test out people. Though if we were to do something that made them feel threatened or if chikushudo spirits were involved? That would potentially make it far more dangerous and unpredictable."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"I know little about the children of Chikuchudo but I do know about actual dangers of wolves." She nodded. "I would be interesting to find one."

[Miya Akari]

"Don't try to find any on your own. I would not wish you to come to harm. Have you seen wolves before?"

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Ah yes... while traveling to my cousin's state." She remembered. "They are very territorial animals or so I was told."

[Miya Akari]

"They can be, yes. But they have large territories too, so they usually won't bother other animals or people that are passing through. Only if you upset the balance there really. I do find them to be beautiful creatures."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

Doji shook her head lightly. "Beauty is subjective. Even if we state standards not all will follow the confines."

[Miya Akari]

She nods at that. "So you are not a fan of them?" she asks. "Is there anything in particular about them that you find unappealing?"

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"I am quite indifferent about it." She shrugged her shoulders. "Perhaps it is the scruffy hair... or the need to try and eat flesh... but that is their instinct."

[Miya Akari]

"True enough, I suppose. I imagine you are far more a fan of birds, being a gardener? They likely try to make your creations home I would guess."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Some insects like bees, butterflies and ladybugs and yes birds." She took another roll.

[Miya Akari]

"Ladybugs!" She declared with a sudden wide smile. "They are the cutest bugs, and I love them."

[Doji Hanatsuko]

"Yes they are." A light smile appears on the Doji's face. "I have had the luck to have seen a golden one."
